Licence Agreement for the purchase of Collections MOSAiC.

This programme is protected by copyright law and international treaties.  Unauthorized distribution and copying of this program, or any portion of it, may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.
In no event shall IST, their agents, or the author be liable for any damages (or pecuniary loss) whatsoever arising from the use of, or inability to use, this product. 
This software is licensed on a per computer basis (You must purchase a licence for every computer running this software).
This product is licensed to the purchaser.  You must not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble this product.

MOSAiC support plan 2021

 Information Services and Technology Pty Ltd (IST), will provide support via Email, telephone and remote connection for MOSAiC related issues to each organisation / client in the following ways...
(Please note that an Organisation will be referred to as a "Client" from here on.)

New MOSAiC Clients

1st 6 months - all email, telephone & online support for MOSAiC related issues are included in your initial purchase of MOSAiC.  This excludes training sessions.
If further support is required during the 1st year, then a fee will apply.  Please ask IST what this charge will be.
Alternatively, you can subscribe to the annual support plan at a pro rata rate for the remainder of the year.  Further information regarding the support plan are available from IST.

All MOSAiC Clients

All MOSAiC clients will receive 1 FREE support call per calendar year - mid-January through to mid-December.

Note: All unused units will expire mid-December of that year.
We only support issues with the application, NOT issues arising from the use of remote desktops, virtual clients, cloud based installations or VPN's.
